Onerous contractual liability, licenses and legal issues need careful consideration and handling if you are to avoid delay or suspension of your services. HELP Associates can provide services to help you navigate these issues.
When you are insured with HELP, as a policy holder, you will have a range of options presented to you to access the services offered by Associate Members. Subject to agreement there will be different service levels available to you as a policy holder. These may include telephone consultation, basic consultancy, project management, training courses, and intelligence products. Subject to agreement, the insurers will contribute to the cost of these services. Your broker or the HELP team will be able to advise you how to access these services.
